Plan A) going to get Europe and Russia to merge into one large communist country. With goals of keeping hair color light and then possibly white
Plan B) the rest of the world can merge too keeping the hair color we decided on
Plan A) means that we make the society all about zero harm to everything, making us the ultimate good compared to the rest of the world doing what they do and coincidentally having black hair.
Plan b) means there’s no outside societies to be concerned with plus no debts everywhere
