We could create a small country to test try my communism plan. The entire city is under a dome secluded from animals, plants and the weather. We don’t have “pests” like spiders or other insects and we don’t need umbrellas.
The entire city has public transportation of lift roof subways and trains. It’s designed to be moneyless and for everyone to work half a year and then have time off for half a year.
You can’t own pets, or plants. We could have cameras inside every room to monitor it’s anyone commits a crime.
To start this country i could ask Canada, the US or Mexico for a small piece of land. We pay a couple hundred million for it but claim it as an independent country that doesn’t pay tax. They accepted it because they too could benefit if the design works well.

Those who donate to pay for this country can have their names written in stone or another hard material where that stone is them shielded in an erosion resistant case designed to withstand thousands and thousands of years. The donators can also live without working.

Everyone has 1,200-1,500 SQ ft apartments.
We would create a new education system.
Everything is free and there’s no money. It’s all zero waste and 100 percent into recycling.
We allow people from outside to visit for a slightly high price due to its rarity.
We use that money to allow our own to go travel.
There’s no alcohol drugs or smoking. Less people are sick and we don’t need surgeons. Training for doctors and nurses would be different than for those outside of our country.
We can pay for protection from wars with any developments or inventions we create on our own.
Our appliances are going to be made and developed by us where their rate or evolution may be at a different speed and may find their own paths branching off from where ours are today.
All of your meals are cooked for you so that we lower food waste.
We can either buy a new set of smartphones for everyone in the city every 7 years with the money made from tourism. Or we can build our own from scratch and buy vacations or materials we need.
