One Giant Communist Super City

One communist super city that is a combination of all counties and companies joined into one.

It’s a large city that is designed to house 6 billion people. Where there are no country debts and everyone’s invited. Everyone is enforced to read, write and speak in only one language. Probably English since I created the plan.

Reproduction is controlled so that the future race eliminated dark or black hair, as if there’s some logic behind the colors. My plan is for all black and dark haired people to be limited to reproducing 1 child per 2 people. Then blonde and light brown haired people are to reproduce 6 children per couple until the amount of light hairs is equal to the amount of dark haired people. Then everyone is able to reproduce as much as two kids per couple and with whoever they want. Some may be able to reproduce 3 kids each if some people went without reproducing. We could try to keep it at a steady population. Those who break the rules of child birth limits could have their child aborted or they could send time in prison. Or we could have people neutered after they reach their limit.

Everyone’s DNA and bloodline made it to the future race.

Each citizen can have 1,200 sq ft of personal or living space where it can be divided into different apartments. Couples can have 1,600 sq ft. Couples with 1 kid can have 2,000 sq ft and couples with 2 or more are caped at 2,400 sq ft. When kids move out the couple has to downsize. These apartments should be large enough to factor in having no backyards.

The entire city can be on a single foundation with a dome and screen walls. Doing this helps prevent animal control labor and harm to the animals. It’s also likely that there is no insect control or bug spray that harms people and insects. It’s less work and less pollution. The single foundation helps with not needing sidewalk repairs. It also helps make sure insects or animals cant dig and enter the dome through the dirt.

Schooling could be transformed into 1 or 2 year degrees for any and every job type. Right out of high school they accept those with the highest score for degree needs first. You can go back to school after your first job to obtain that degree and maybe get a second chance at getting the job based on what their needs or demands are. You could have scored higher too on your second chance. You can basically get unlimited degrees since it could all be online for second or third degrees.

People could work only one season per year with how much less work needs there are. During their free time they could work voluntary jobs like acting, music, spiritual pursuits, book writing and more. These voluntary jobs are non essential and would lower the total amount of work each person would be required to contribute.

If people decide to not work, they get forced to live in 50 sq ft apartments without access to public transportation or any entertainments. It’s like jail but not jail.

During the communism merge, people can still live outside of the super city. They still have to use money where we aim to keep their property taxes rising so that one day they can’t afford their properties and have to move in. With less people living outside of this super city, there’s less labor to assist those not living within them and it could be maintained more easily with robots. Those living outside the city would also have less advanced technologies or entertainments where those in the city have what’s most updated and recent.

Within the city, no one needs to cook. We now don’t need to supply kitchen supplies, ovens, knives, cutting boards etc. We could possibly have microwaves and toaster ovens for refrigerator or frozen meals. Other than that we could all go out to eat. This would lower on food wastes since you can’t buy a bag of apples and let it sit in your closet too long.

All of the world’s museums and artifacts could make it into the super cities museums. We now have everything within one local area making travel related fuel and electricity costs go down.

With the plan for 50 percent of the population being light brown/blonde hair reproducing with all the rest of the population, the end result skin to e could be somewhere between Indian and South American with medium brown hair. Since 20 percent of the population has blonde, 20 has light brown, 10 percent red and medium brown, 10 percent Asian, 10 percent African, 10 percent Hispanic, 10 percent Indian, 10 percent black and dark haired Caucasians and mixed races. (The medium brown, brown haired race could try for white hair by living in all white habitats just like animals living in the snow. Their skin shade can then lighten or darker depending on their sunlight exposure but they could have white hair after thousands of years.)

We could plan for the super city to outlaw tobacco, alcohol and drug use. If the city has no soil, no one is able to grow any illegal drugs. We could also have cameras everywhere and all communications monitored so that there’s no talk of drug selling. It’s also hard to sell drugs since there’s no money or material gains but some might try to make them for their own personal use. With cameras everywhere there’s less concern for violence, child abduction, theft, etc.
