Making non essential work voluntary in communism gives us less work

If all non essential work is turned into volunteer work or hobbies then the average person works less. Jobs in fields like Tv, movies, book writing, musicians, blogging, religious/spiritual are not needed for the immediate survival of the race. Like when you woke up you needed food, you needed your power to work, you probably also needed your clothing and self care products.

Music, tv, books, video game designers, and priests could and will still exist at first since people may still want to spend their time getting artist fame or speaking the word on their discoveries. Now these fields are also stripped away from their profit gaining needs meaning that the base value quality could go up or evolve to be better or smarter.

With all these non essential jobs as hobbies, the average person would be working less than the communism plan that includes these non essentials as essentials.
