We could move to communism in America by eliminating all money and allowing everyone to keep what they have. If you own a house then your given a semi flexible power use limit averaging slightly above what you regularly use. You would be able to get free things on a need basis, like your toaster broke and you can select from any of the available. Most may select the higher end ones, where first come first serve means some may need to get the lower end. We could end up selling the lower end to nearby countries. Everyone could get the same amount of limit for gasoline, meaning those who drive lower mpg cars may need to trade for a high mpg car if they like to drive. We could get the same amount of replacements of tires and breaks but have to make sure no one is trying to burn rubber.
We then move over to the next phase, where we make tier 1 and tier 2 products. Tier one is for those who didn’t move into the new future cities and tier 2 is for those who did. Tier one is still intended on being good quality and 100 percent recyclable but it’s more like your getting plastic iPhones while tier 2 is getting metal iPhones with faster charging, solid state batteries and other improvements. Tier one could also be getting plastic laptops with OLED displays while tier 2 gets metal and other improvements. Tier 2 can also move to plastic at some point if it’s decided to be better than metal for certain things.
The purpose of tier 1 and tier 2 is that it is better for all of us to move into these cities where owning your own transportation doesn’t exist. To move to tier 2 cities you are supposed to give all your possessions and property to the government. Tier 2 will develop and evolve faster at some point to keep tier 1 behind making it so that everyone wants to move to the new cities. Tier 2 could also provide new health technologies, like say they perfected anti aging stem cell or whatnot.
