We could live without laws. We start with having cameras everywhere so that if someone does something that would normally be considered illegal, they then get tagged and listed as those who did that crime. Like someone murdered someone and it was on camera and now everyone can look at an updated list of recent murders or they could have their technology alert them that a known murderer is nearby. The way that we could make this work is by having good gangs that choose to murder those who have murdered. So those in the gangs get labeled on their identification as gang members and if they murdered, you would know that as well but you can assume that they murdered murderers. The app could also tell you what happened around the murder.
This can also work with theft or assaults. Those who steal like one object could then get robbed half of their apartment complex where the gang of thieves got marked for what they stole as well.
It would be like you have a detailed life history of your crimes that anyone can look at or be alerted that your nearby as if they have an alert for thieves or something.
This could lower crime rates since everyone would get caught and the punishments without any laws could be more severe.
This system would not work if we had to go to school or work so everything is self sustained with robots.
There could be a gang associated with vandalism where someone vandalized a robot and so they went out to vandalize the person with a tattoo.
PETA could also be a gang where they may go out and beat up a person for doing anima abuse of any kind.
Again, there’s no laws. We would just have to make sure that we created the good gangs and hope they can fend off the bad ones.
Drug use making and selling could also be marked and monitored so that neighbors know who is around them if they are worried about their kids. There could be a live location map of where everyone under your selected “crime” are located currently. You could also move to areas away from drug users.
