There could be what is like your employees texting an AI for the work schedule needs they have, where it contacts the schedule maker in between add if through an AI filter or middleman. It’s like schedule maker doesn’t have to know the employees and the employees don’t have to know who makes the schedules.
There could be no managers. There’s just an extra person per station or general area so that if one person is absent or one person needs a break help.
It could costs less than paying for General managers, assistant managers and shift leads. Plus there’s no unfair treatment do to any likings or disliking of some types of people.
Some places like restaurants need managers for cash handling but if it’s all credit cards or digital then no one needs to do that job on site.
Employees could be watched by cameras where they could get daily scores of how distracted and on task they are. They could even be sent reports daily about what they could work to improve on. The could also be monitored for how long they were on break and alerted that their break is over.
This can go all the way up to how a CEO could write into an AI what needs done and it contacts and sends the work to the correct departments or people. It’s like you could go to work without knowing the is a boss.

God AI, it’s where there’s no managers, only staff in different departments and then the CEO. Departments can only talk through God AI, where the connects and contacts as the middle man that the entire organization relies on for anything to be done.
It could develop to be that there’s no CEO needed.
God AI could even spread to citizens and their government where the citizens can address their concerns, needs and wants and it brings them to the right individuals. It can bundle up and tally concerns together and allow who is in charge of that area react, change or adjust something.
It can even replace 911 where you message help there’s a fire and it contacts the fire department.
