Personal Customizations within a Communist Country

With communism it would not make sense to allow for exchangeable granite countertops. We could offer custom cabinet doors if they are all made of plastic or metal since plastic and metal are easy to melt down and reform into any design. 3d printing metals and plastics could allow for you to design your own cabinets or choose from a long list of already designed options.

We could also allow for plastic and metal furniture to be customizable and reformed every so many years.

It also wouldn’t be very environmentally friendly to keep producing wall paints. Maybe we design new walls or don’t allow for constant repainting and color changing of walls.

We could also allow for everyone to have custom fitting shoes and custom fitting clothing.

We would have less things and possessions to be able to have, like say grow lights, we could eliminate the public from being able to own grow lights where no one is illegally growing plants in states that don’t allow them. Not allowing personal ownership of potting soil, plant seeds, fertilizers etc, lowers the total amount of products that everyone would feel entitled to have for free. Lowering the total amount of unneeded product choices then lowers the environmental footprint of the country and lowers the number of work hours we need for our essentials. Taking away all the options like personal hot tubs, jewelry, dirt bikes etc, makes me think that we could allow for better customizations and options for the things that we do get to have.
