Within a communist country, books could have an authors ACT writing scores attached to them, or what scores replace the ACT/SAT. Non education related books are written voluntarily and as hobbies. Those who had higher Writing scores were able to go to college for writing where they could do work like writing textbooks and other essential writing jobs. Those who wanted to be writers but didn’t get in because of their scores were are still able to volunteer on their times off to write books for pleasure or write TV show and movie scripts. (Those who didn’t make it in to college for writing the first time around are able to go to college after their first degree to learn for pleasure and to be able to retest their score to see if any professional writing jobs are available.) All tv shows, music and books could be connected to the author(s) writing scores as if that’s what the top charts are like where people could get smarter by reading what those who scored best created. Those with professional writing jobs are also able to spend their off time volunteering to write books for pleasure.
All other degrees are also accepting those with the highest scores first where people can go back to school after their first job to obtain the degree that they once always wanted. College degrees could also be shortened without the electives and we can make it so that every essential job requires a degree. Non essential jobs are hobbies there’s no degree for them.
This communism plan is that where people work one season per year and have the rest of the time for hobbies, entertainment or learning.
